Meet the founder

Connie serves as an Assistant Principal  with almost 3 decades of educational experience within the K-16 realm. She is the founder of The RESPECT Alliance, a non-profit organization focused on effective mentoring, parental engagement at home and school, education and social justice issues. Connie has served as an Adjunct Professor of Education, Criminal Justice and Women's Studies for Temple University, and does work inside various spaces of incarceration. She passionately serves communities through her ongoing work with youth, adults and families directly and indirectly  impacted by the criminal justice system. She currently teaches a course on the Impact of Incarceration on Families and Communities for Alvernia University.

Connie is a mother to twin sons, and an Auntie to thousands!
